## **1. Product Manager - DEX/Trading Platform**

**Responsibilities**

* Lead product planning and design for Bitcoin ecosystem DEX/trading platforms, including core modules like order books, AMM, and derivatives
* Drive cross-chain trading product development (integrating RGB protocol, Lightning Network, and other Bitcoin Layer2 solutions)
* Design hybrid on-chain/off-chain liquidity solutions to optimize slippage and fees
* Monitor competitors (GMX, Hyperliquid, etc.) and develop differentiated strategies

**Requirements**

* 3+ years in Crypto product management with at least 1 major DEX/trading platform feature launch
* Deep expertise in order book/AMM mechanism design and LP incentive models
* Familiar with Bitcoin liquidity protocols (e.g., Side Protocol)

## **2. Product Manager - Crypto Wallet**

**Responsibilities**

* Develop BitPocket wallet product matrix (supporting Bitcoin, Lightning Network, Taproot Assets, RGB assets, etc.)
* Design growth systems: DApp connectivity, merchant payment integrations, social recovery features
* Analyze competitor products (OKX Wallet, TokenPocket, UniSat, Bitget Wallet) to drive innovation
* Coordinate with security teams to implement MPC/TSS solutions

**Requirements**

* 3+ years in wallet/entry-level product management with experience launching a mainstream wallet
* Proficient in Bitcoin transaction structures (PSBT, UTXO management) and Lightning Network channel management
* Knowledge of wallet security standards (BIP-39/44/85, SLIP-39)

## **3. Product Manager - DeFi (BTCFi 2.0 Focus)**

**Responsibilities**

* Pioneer Bitcoin-native DeFi innovations under BitDance's "Bitcoin Native, User First" strategy
* Design BTCFi 2.0 and PayFi models leveraging Bitcoin's unique capabilities
* Lead integration with Babylon, Solv Protocol, and other BTCFi 1.0 building blocks
* Develop novel yield mechanisms, lending protocols, or derivatives for Bitcoin holders

**Requirements**

* 3+ years in DeFi product management
* Must be a power user of DeFi protocols (provide portfolio/transaction examples)
* Deep knowledge of Bitcoin ecosystem (especially Babylon, Solv Protocol, etc.)

## **4. Operations Manager (Bitcoin Ecosystem Growth)**

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute **global community strategies** for Twitter/Telegram/Discord (100k+ users)
* Organize **AMAs and hackathons** to establish BitDance as a thought leader in BTC developer communities
* Build **KOL collaboration networks** with core Bitcoin projects (e.g. Lightning Labs)

**Requirements**

* 2+ years in crypto community management with proven experience managing 5k+ **high-engagement communities**
* Expertise in Twitter content algorithms and **crisis management** (FUD, Sybil attacks, etc.)
* Fluent English (must host AMAs), available for global timezone meetings
* **Bonus**:
  * Connections with Bitcoin OG communities (e.g. Bitcointalk, Bitcoin Core dev groups)

## **5. Marketing Manager (Wallet Growth)**

**Responsibilities**

* Lead **BitPocket Wallet** global growth initiatives:
  * **Bitcoin-native feature education** (UTXO management, PSBT multisig)
  * **Lightning Network BD** (merchant onboarding, payment gateway partnerships)
* Analyze competitors (Bitget Wallet/OKX Wallet/UniSat) to develop **differentiated playbooks**

**Requirements**

* 3+ years in crypto marketing with documented **growth case studies** (provide CVR/ROI metrics)
* Mastery of wallet growth channels:
  * **SEO/ASO** (ranking for Bitcoin ecosystem keywords)
  * **KOL matrices** (segmenting technical vs. merchant influencers)
  * **Airdrop campaigns** (RGB asset distribution strategies)
* **Bonus**:
  * Existing partnerships with CEXs/DEXs/Bitcoin ATM providers
